You may have noticed that all ten are numbered 1. It is simple; no matter how you choose to become involved in the ministry that is Koinonia Camp you will always be choosing the number 1 way.
- Our volunteer days allow us to accomplish so many needed chores and tasks. They happen from 9 a.m. and end after lunch on the third Saturday every month.
- Our summer season is always in need of men and women who love Jesus and want to help children and youth grow in their faith. if you can't give a week check into one of our shorter camps.
- The "Care and Share" program helps us to keep costs down because you can buy items on sale and donate them to the camp. A list of our needs is included at the bottom of this page.
- The Lyndhurst Challenge is roughly at $45,000.00 and we need to raise $75,000.00. Every dollar you give will become two to help make our dream multipurpose building come true.
- Our kitchen is always in need of people to help with food prep and clean up. Don't worry you will be instructed by a trained food service person.
- Every year we see hundreds and hundreds of lives that are changed for Christ; the Sixth Annual "Many Miracles" Campaign will help that happen again in 2009.
- There are so many who want to come to camp who won't be able too without your gifts to the scholarship fund. With everyone's help we will have a no child misses camp summer.
- Scriptures tell us that the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. When you pray you affect the future. Your prayers help to change lives for Christ.
- Koinonia Camp is to wonderful to be kept a secret. - by exposing others you help get the word out about the ministry.
- Our biggest need is for people to use the camp (especially in the winter). Without people we are simply land, buildings and trees. It is the people who make up the ministry.
If you don't find a way, to become involved at Koinonia, that fits you give me a call and we will find a way for you to be actively involved. (440)466-1278.
